Marcel’s Mobile Bar is your perfect French-inspired party piece, with his own chandeliers and Bose ambient sound system.
We’ll keep your guests’ glasses topped up with drinks of your choice – from fizz and bubbles to craft beers and cracking wines – all served from a vintage van that’s sure to be a talking point.
Marcel’s can deliver you a fully stocked and licensed bar with a team of cheery bar staff, but we’re also more than happy to create a bespoke package that’s tailored to you.

WHAT'S BEHIND THE BAR?
We have a range of tried and sampled drinks options for you to choose from for your event, including champagne, prosecco, wine by the glass or bottle, gins, plus bottled craft beers and soft drinks.

We know every occasion is different, so chat to us about any extra provisions, like outdoor tables or seating, you need.

Weddings, birthdays, special occasion or just a good old-fashioned shindig… Marcel’s Mobile Bar makes an ideal special guest on your special day! Whatever you’re celebrating, let us take care of the drinks, so you can enjoy every minute of the party.
Depending on your celebration, we have a range of packages to choose from, or we’re happy to work with you to create something a little more bespoke - just email us with your requirements.
1.ALL COVERED
Your complimentary bar option
Everything you need to put some sparkle and fizz into your celebration! We’ll bring our beautifully decorated vintage van, friendly bartender staff, glasses and a fully stocked bar packed with the drinks options you’ve selected for a complimentary bar for your guests.
We’ll agree the price and number of hours the bar will be required for with you beforehand.
2. BOOZE PLUS BAR
Your pay bar
option
This party package offers another way to cater for your guests throughout the festivities! You’ll get the van, staff and fully stocked bar, ready to sell drinks to your guests during the day or evening as required.
As part of this option, we’ll agree a minimum bar spend with you beforehand. Our pay bar can accept cash or card.
3. JUST THE VAN
Your dry hire
option
In our final package, Marcel can come to you on a dry hire basis. We’ll provide the van and get everything set up – you provide the rest! One member of Marcel’s staff will be on site at all times, but we can also offer bartender staff.

WEDDING SPECIALS FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY
We’ve also got extra options – which we can build into any of our packages – to help you and your guests celebrate your happy day in style. These include:

If you want to get the party started with a complimentary bar for your guests before transitioning things to a pay bar, that’s no problem either. We can mix and match party packages in line with your budget and stay on top of spending throughout the day.

Marcel loves a festival or pop-up - come along and see us at an event near you! We're often out and about in the van at music, food and drinks festivals up and down the country, serving craft beers, wines, prosecco or champers for thirsty festival goers.
Are you a festival organiser looking for a mobile bar to provide drinks at your event? We'd love to chat! Marcel's Mobile Bar makes a fab VIP bar and can be tailored to offer a range of drinks, or as a solo drinks bar specialising in beers, wine or fizz on its own.

When he's not serving drinks from his side hatch, Marcel loves to go back to his 1960s roots by doubling up as a background vehicle for film and TV productions. We've designed the bar in a way that means once everything is packed up and put away, the van looks just like, well... a vintage van - making it a perfect action vehicle!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need an events licence for my party?
If you're holding your event at a venue that doesn't hold a premises licence, or looking to hold your event outside of their usual opening hours, that's no problem; we'll arrange a temporary event licence for you if required (just give us four weeks' notice so we can make the necessary application). In addition, the bar staff we provide for your event will be made up of at least one personal licence holder.
What drinks does Marcel's Mobile Bar offer?
Our drinks specialities include champagne, prosecco, wine and craft beer - these have been tried, tested and selected by the Marcel's team with the help of our preferred independent suppliers. But we can supply whatever your requirements are, including premium spirits, cocktails and, of course, a range of soft drinks. In fact, Marcel is versatile enough to be transformed into whatever type of bar you really want, from a champagne-only bar to festive mulled winter warmers.
Are you insured?
Yes. Marcel's has public liability and employers' liability insurance for every event.
Which areas do you cover?
Marcel's Mobile Bar is based in Surrey, with good road links to the M25, M3, M4 and into London. So while we mainly cover London, the home counties and the rest of the South East, we are happy to travel further afield. We also like a challenge and can organise Marcel to be placed in more unusual or inaccessible settings (subject to assessment!). Simply drop us a line to discuss your event location.
How do I guarantee a booking?
The earlier you can enquire about your event, the better! When booking with us, a deposit will be payable to secure your booking and to enable us to get planning and organising any licences in advance.
Do you accept card payments at the bar?
Yes, we do accept cards (as long as there is adequate mobile phone signal for the machine to connect to!). Of course, we also accept cash.
What availability do you have?
To see what dates we have available, get in touch with your preferred event date and we'll check our diary.
Can I supply my own drinks?
Yes, you can - check out our 'Just the van' dry hire options above.
How long does Marcel take to set up?
We've got this down to a fine art and can have Marcel set up within an hour - but we'll need extra time to get the drinks fully chilled.
Do I need to supply Marcel with water and electricity?
If we can use an existing electrical supply for our lights and fridges (just a couple of standard 13 amp sockets, please), and have access to a fresh water tap, that would be ideal. But we can supply a generator and/or fresh water if these aren't available.
Does Marcel's offer food?
Marcel's Mobile Bar is just for drinks and bar snacks - we don't prepare food.
