What better way to treat your valued members of staff or client base than with some team-building and networking over a glass of something crisp and cold..? Marcel’s Mobile Bar is available to hire for your corporate event - just let us know how many you're inviting, and what you're after.
We can bring the drinks to your summer or Christmas party, launch event - or provide the refreshments following a full-on day of brainstorming or strategising.
Check out our packages below and get in touch with us to discuss your corporate event with us in more detail. If you just want to get the party started with a complimentary bar before switching to a pay bar, that's no problem either.
1.ALL COVERED
Your complimentary bar option
Everything you need to put some sparkle and fizz into your corporate event! We’ll bring our beautifully decorated vintage van, friendly bartender staff, glasses and a fully stocked bar packed with the drinks options you’ve selected for a complimentary bar for your guests.
We’ll agree the price and number of hours the bar will be required for with you beforehand.
2. BOOZE PLUS BAR
Your pay bar
option
This corporate party package offers another way to cater for your clients or team! You’ll get the van, staff and fully stocked bar, ready to sell drinks to your guests throughout your event as required.
As part of this option, we’ll agree a minimum bar spend with you beforehand.
Our pay bar can accept cash or card.
3. JUST THE VAN
Your dry hire
option
In our final package, Marcel can come to you on a dry hire basis. We’ll provide the van and get everything set up – you provide the rest! One member of Marcel’s staff will be on site at all times, but we can also offer bartender staff.

Marcel's Mobile Bar comes as a blank canvas for you to decorate with your branding to showcase what your business has to offer.
We can also personalise glasses and accessories with your logo and are happy to help you distribute corporate materials to your guests.
